Terms of service

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on any our items. We do not except exchanges or refunds on items that do not fit. If you have any questions on sizing please reach out to us. 

Refunds or exchanges are not available on personalized items, they are made especially for you. If a mistake is made on your part (in terms of spelling, initial order, color, font, etc.), we can not refund or exchange. If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered, or issue a refund. ( Please note that picture evidence and or shipping back to shop will be required before any exchange or refund issued.)

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a none deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly. The turn around time is 2-3 weeks for for all items; it does not include weekends or holidays. We try our hardest to get all orders out well before the turn around time (TAT).
